1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UnitStat (“the Service”) at unitstat.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UnitStat is an analytics platform that connects to TikTok Ads Manager via the official TikTok Marketing API. It provides advertising performance dashboards, reports, and alerts for TikTok ad campaigns.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use UnitStat. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. TikTok Integration
By connecting your TikTok Ads account, you authorize UnitStat to access your TikTok advertising data via OAuth. You may revoke this access at any time. Your use of TikTok data through UnitStat is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service. UnitStat is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to violate TikTok's Terms of Service or policies
6. Subscription and Payment
UnitStat offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Pro plan is billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
7. Limitation of Liability
UnitStat is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any inaccuracies in advertising data retrieved from TikTok.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
